If you have Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.0 you can hold your mouse cursor in the upper left corner of the voucher, click the save icon that appears (notice it says "Save this image") and save it to your My Pictures folder. Then go to MSWord (or whatever you use for word processing) set 0.5 inch left and right margins and insert the graphic. Print it, fill it out and mail with your check.
